Returns can be made up to SEVEN calendar days of receipt. Return shipping cost must be paid by buyer, unless there was an error on our part. Products must be non used (NEW), non worn, non washed, and non embellished to qualify for a return. Refunds will be processe once recieved and inspected by The Purple Parrot Co.com. We do not offer exchanges at this time. We try to ship out our order as quick as possible, and for that reason WE DO NOT offer a REFUND on a cancelled order.

Typically we finish your product within a 1 - 3 day time frame, and then send out First Class USPS. Average prices for less than one (1) pound weight is $4.00. A finished baby bib weighs less than one (1) ounce, so it would be more economical to purchase more than one product to take adavntage of shipping costs.
